PGMM board Paris visit

On the 3rd of october 2024, AMPERE Gestion welcomed the Executive Committee of PGGM, the second largest Dutch pension fund and investors of the second intermediate housing fund (FLI2), in Paris. On the program were discussions about socially responsible investment, a central concept of the strategy of AMPERE Gestion but also of PGGM, which has placed SRI at the heart of its investment strategy: « As a major global investor, we have the capital and network to influence the companies we invest in. We do this with a focus on returns, risk, and sustainability, which we call: 3D investing. »

Several members of the Caisse des Dépôts Group, CDC Habitat and AMPERE detailed how the Caisse des Dépôts Group integrates ISR criteria in its investment strategies (across all asset classes), how this is reflected in CDC Habitat’s commitments and climate strategy and finally how this is integrated into FLI2’s ISR strategy.
