AMPÈRE Gestion has been given an A+ (the highest rating) in the annual assessment of its compliance with the UN Environment Programme’s Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI). This puts it in the top 10% of most responsible investors when it comes to selecting and managing investments.
AMPERE Gestion obtained the following scores:
- an A+ in strategy & governance (for a median score of A obtained by 2,127 asset managers rated in the same category) based on an assessment of 12 criteria (preventing conflicts of interest, training teams in responsible investment practices, transparency, etc.);
- an A+ in responsible investment planning, management and evaluation (for a median score of B obtained by 315 asset managers rated in the same category), based on an assessment of 18 criteria (integration of ESG criteria and impacts when selecting and managing real estate assets).
AMPERE Gestion signed up to the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) in 2017. These principles are an integral part of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP). AMPERE Gestion’s efforts have therefore been recognised by the most important international initiative for promoting environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria.
