AMPERE Gestion acquires a new senior service residence on behalf of the FLI II investment fund

This 102-unit residence, located in Asnières-sur-Seine (92), will be built by Eiffage Immobilier.

The future senior service residence, located in ZAC Parc d’Affaires in Asnières-sur-Seine, has been acquired off-plan by AMPERE Gestion, a subsidiary of CDC Habitat, on behalf of Fonds de Logement Intermédiaire 2 (FLI II). It will comprise 102 units with a total area of 5,936 sq.m. and will be operated by Réside Etudes Seniors.

Eiffage Construction have already began the building work and delivery is scheduled for Q2 2024. The building is located within an eco-neighbourhood and will seek to obtain NF Habitat HQE certification and the EFFINERGIE+ energy performance label.
